The UK Board of Directors listed below give oversight to all the charity’s activities and in particular it has direct responsibility for all activities that are of a national nature. National Custodial Trustees have responsibility for safeguarding the national assets of the charity and meet regularly for this purpose.

Teen Challenge is built on and driven by Christian values and beliefs, which clearly show how precious and loved each individual is. We take this message to young people whose lives are messed up, who have lost all sense of self worth, self esteem and often the will to live. Everybody deserves the opportunity to live free and to become everything they were created to be.

Teen Challenge has 12 local teams with over 500 workers made up from staff and volunteers, who work in multiple locations across the UK. Our 6 Residential Centres are in England, Scotland and Wales.
