Wilkerson House was used as the Teen Challenge School of Evangelism. In 1994 it became an induction centre for male residents allowing them to withdraw from their addictions.

In 2007, Wilkerson House started to teach the full Teen Challenge Programme and is now a residential rehabilitation centre in the Capital.
