Teen Challenge UK has a positive answer to the present drug epidemic in our country.Releasing Thousands of young people with serious addictions have been through our programmes and a large majority of them have gone on to live successful and drug free lives.

Training School

Training and equipping a generation to fulfil their purpose

Residents who have successfully completed their twelve month programme may apply to join the Training Institute where they could spend a further six months in a residential setting. Here they will be equipped to work with Teen Challenge or a similar organisation. This is an ideal opportunity to gain more skills and experience whilst preparing to move on to independent living. Graduates of the Training Institute will be eligible to work with Teen Challenge, either in the UK or abroad, in preventative and intervention work (evangelism) or care work in residential rehabilitation centres.

A highlight of the training is a missions trip to a Third World country to work with the local folk who are trying to help or evangelise their communities. We have very strong links with Teen Challenge in India and Swaziland, Southern Africa.

‘The time I spent at Teen Challenge School of ministry in Wales was the most fullfilling 6 months of my life as I studied Gods word while being involved in a very practical way with outreach, evangelism, testimony and serving in the community. It was great to be involved in putting into practice everything that I have been taught and to experience God moving on the streets as we stepped out in faith.
