If you are looking to enter the Teen Challenge rehab programme, you will need to complete an application form. (Depending on which centre you require). You can download an application form by clicking this link. Once the application form has been completed, please fax it to the respective centre, or post it to the address of the centre.

Generally all individuals who are addicted to life controlling problems will be accepted pending an interview and GP reports. Teen Challenge is open to assist all who are able to function in a residential setting. We are not able to accept those who are using anti-psychcotic medications.
The programme lasts for 12 months and is split into 3 levels. After completion, a further 4th level is taken which is a re-entry level, intergrating residents back into mainstream society while offering ongoing support and supervision.
Yes. Teen Challenge is a voluntary programme.
For whatever reason a resident has left the Programme, a minimum of 4 weeks must pass before they can re-apply for the Programme.
The waiting list can change from week to week. Normally between 8 - 12 Weeks.
Our Success rate is approx 80%. These figures are based on residents who have graduated the programme and have stayed away from life controlling problems for 5 years.
